Joe Parlier, Ed.D., Sr. Director -  zSpace Education Solutions

After a career in public education serving as a teacher, principal, assistant superintendent, and associate state superintendent, Dr. Joe Parlier extended his career in the private sector supporting schools in the implementation of reform initiatives and emerging technology. Dr. Parlier's research includes improving student learning and school performance through comprehensive improvement planning.

Ben O'Gradney, Chief Sales Officer - Mastery Coding

Ben O'Gradney is a former educator and sales leader working to improve the educational marketplace with an emphasis on 21st-century delivery systems and computer science curriculum that propels students' achievements in the fields of technology. Through his work, Ben has had the opportunity to work closely with the largest to the smallest schools in the country. He has helped plan, implement and monitor technology-focused curriculum, professional development, and district-wide career and technical plans that have turned these programs into some of the most advanced in the nation.

Jill Ranucci, Ph.D., ACTE Esports Area of Interest Lead (eTED Division)

Dr. Jill Ranucci is a College and Career Readiness advocate and has an extensive background in Career and Technical Education (CTE) as an administrator and teacher. Dr. Ranucci has held administrative district positions in CTE in Arizona and Texas. She earned a Ph.D. in Teaching and Teacher Education/Curriculum and Instruction and Education Leadership from the University of Arizona, a MS in Sport Physiology, and a BS in Education with K-12 certifications in several core and CTE content areas.

Recently, Dr. Ranucci has been consulting for several CTE companies to help them align resources to state standards, state initiatives, and industry-recognized credentials/certifications in high-wage and in-demand careers. Jill believes every CTE course/pathway must provide premiere curricular resources to promote successful student outcomes.
