NYSCATE (The New York State Association for Computers and Technologies in Education), is a non-profit, professional organization representing more than 25,000 technology using educators and administrators in New York State. NYSCATE collaborates with various partners within New York State as well as nationally to support the appropriate use of technology in our schools.

Dustin Andrus, Board President and Southern Tier Regional Director

Board of Directors Member SpotlightDustin Andrus has served on the NYSCATE Board of Directors since 2014 as the Director of the Southern Tier and has served the board as President three terms. In his day job, Dustin serves as the Administrator of Managed Educational Technology Services for the Broome-Tioga BOCES Professional Learning and Innovation Center. Dustin lives in Binghamton and just steps away from the Rod Serling Memorial Statue which is the home of the Twilight Zone and often serves as a source of creativity and sense of hometown pride. As a fun fact, Dustin’s goal in life is to visit all the US National Parks. His top two at the moment being Grand Teton and Big Bend.
