​NYSCATE Annual Conference
Serving educators from every region of New York State

Each year NYSCATE sponsors an annual statewide conference attended by 1,500 attendees and 200+ exhibitors showcasing exemplary education applications of technology.  Over 200 presentations by teachers and technology experts are given over the three-day period. NYSCATE recruits keynote speakers who are respected experts in their fields. NYSCATE’S website provides links to educational resources and current issues as well as conference, seminar and grant information. NYSCATE disseminates, through email blasts and newsletters, up-to-the-minute information on issues and regulations relating to technology and education from both state and federal governments.

​Recent years have marked unbelievable changes to the educational landscape and the use of technology is no longer an add-on, optional experience but rather fully integrated into the classrooms across New York State. What better way to showcase your solutions that contribute to these dynamic learning environments than to participate in the NYSCATE conference? We're excited to be hosting this year's conference at the ALL NEW  TURNING STONE CONVENTION CENTER where all exhibitors will be in the same location. We've made some significant changes to the exhibitor experience because of your feedback from the last two years. Highlights include: shortened exhibit hall days, meals included for all exhibitors, multiple opportunities to drive attendees to the floor. For a complete list of changes, see highlights in

2026 Exhibit Hall Hours

Exhibitor Move In - 

• Sunday:12:00 - 8:00 pm 
• Monday: 8:00am - 10:00am

Exhibit Hall Hours

• Monday: 10:00am - 4:30pm
  • Included during this time:
    • Breakfast and lunch for attendees and exhibitors
    • Grand Opening of Exhibit Hall
    • Exclusive raffles on floor (Attendees must be present to win)
    • Energizer Bar and Reception/Raffle
• Tuesday:  9:00am - 12:00pm
  • ​Breakfast for attendees and exhibitors in exhibit hall
  • Final Raffle in Exhibit Hall

Exhibitor Move Out:

•  Tuesday:12:00 pm*
  • *NOTE: Due to the decrease in overall exhibit hall hours from past conferences, it is essential that all exhibitors stay until the closing of the show. There will be a $500 penalty for early departure.
