National CoSN TrainerJennifer Bloomingdale is an instructional designer and professional learning specialist who helps educators and school leaders navigate change with clarity, creativity, and confidence. As a Training Specialist with NERIC and Lead Trainer for the CoSN National AI Readiness Initiative in K-12 Schools, she designs experiences that make emerging technologies, especially AI, feel approachable and meaningful.
Jennifer blends deep expertise in teaching and learning with a passion for human-centered design. She creates practical, engaging learning opportunities that support educators in integrating technology, rethinking instructional practices, and leading innovation. Her work bridges strategy and implementation, helping individuals and systems move from uncertainty to action in ways that align with their values and goals. |
Melissa Boucher
Regional CoSN TrainerMelissa Boucher is an education manager focused on helping K–12 districts navigate instructional technology, virtual learning, and emerging tools like AI. She supports schools in making practical, thoughtful decisions that balance innovation with what’s realistic for teachers and students.
Melissa oversees a range of regional programs, including a virtual learning academy, and helps districts roll out new tools and platforms in ways that are sustainable and aligned with their goals. She designs and facilitates professional development with an emphasis on meeting educators where they are—especially those who may feel unsure or overwhelmed by change. Her work brings together cross-functional teams, supports ethical and culturally responsive use of technology, and creates space for conversations that help leaders think ahead. She values collaboration, clarity, and keeping the focus on what’s best for students and staff. |
