For nearly 25 years, CoSN has provided leaders with the management, community building, and advocacy tools they need to succeed. Today, CoSN represents over 13 million students in school districts nationwide and continues to grow as a powerful and influential voice in K-12 education.
State Education Technology Director Association SETDA’scharge is to serve, support and represent the interests and needs of state education agency leaders with respect to the use of technology for teaching, learning, and school operations. There are many high-caliber, non-profit education organizations with similar priorities. It can be advantageous for SETDA to establish and engage in strategic partnerships with those organizations and bolster our efforts to advance education through technology policy and practice.
National Coalition for Technology in Education & Training NCTET,The National Coalition for Technology in Education & Training, is a non-partisan organization that examines and supports the use of technology to improve education and training in America.NCTET's membership includes education associations, non-profit organizations, corporations, and individual participants. NCTET organizes policy briefings, conducts institutes, produces white papers and other research documents, and maintains a listserve on timely issues in education technology. NCTET is widely known for hosting the Bytes & Books Ball every four years, a black tie affair where the nation’s technology and education leaders honor the swearing-in of America’s President and Congress.
