Description

This year NYSCATE joins many of the national organizations in offering a series of specialized one-hour sessions. Whether these are described as 'birds of a feather' sessions, special interesst groups (SIG's), or simply as discussion group sessions, conferences around the country have found that there is a desire for a time when participants can debrief on the fantastic sessions being experienced in the conference. What better way to reflect than with others who share your interests and vision? These sessions will be an opportunity for participants to interact with others who are interested in the same topic but may be addressing that topic in a different way. These sessions will include time to share your experience, exchange information from the conference or simply connect with other individuals in your area of interest. They will be facilitated to provide the richest conversation possible and begin the development of a professional learning community that will continue
