Raffles: Please consider donating items for our raffle to be held in the exhibit area.

Exhibitor Setup: will be available from 4-6 p.m. on FRIDAY night (3/5/10) and from 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 a.m. on SATURDAY (3/6/10)

Parking and Unloading: Drive up to the school building and enter thorough the front door, turn right and take the stairs to the second floor. You will find the cafeteria on your left.

Booth space is available on a first come first serve basis. All booths are located within the cafeteria where breakfast & lunch are served (all booth spaces are prime locations).

Breakfast & lunch are available to vendors at no charge.

Internet Access: There is WIRELESS internet access in the exhibit area. If you need WIRED internet access please let NYSCATE know by February 23rd *After that date, wired internet access cannot be assured. We have technicians available to assist you with connectivity. Electricity will be available and is included.

Shipping: The conference is held at a high school and the school is not staffed to accept large shipments and store boxes. If you have small boxes of print materials that you would like to ship in advance, please ship to:

Driving Directions to the Hudson Valley Conference:

From the South (via the Taconic Parkway and Route 9) Take the Taconic Parkway north to I-84 west. I-84 west to Route 9 north, exit 13. Take Route 9 north for just under 5 miles to Myers Corners Road (County Road 93). This is a right hand turn just before a Mobil gas station that sits at the front edge of a Hannaford's supermarket parking lot. Note: this is the second light after the 7-11 Store. Ketcham H.S. is about a mile down the road, on your left at the second light on Myers Corners Road. Turn left at this second light into the High School parking lot and the vendor area is straight ahead in the H.S. building.

From the North (via the NYS Thruway and Route 9) Take the NYS Thruway to the New Paltz exit 18. Turn right on Route 299 east until it dead ends on Route 9W. Turn right on 9W going south until the entrance to the Mid-Hudson Bridge going toward Poughkeepsie. Cross the bridge and take the first right onto Route 9 south. Be careful of the left hand merge. Take Route 9 South for about 8 miles to Myers Corners Road (a left hand turn, just past the Goodwill and Hannaford supermarket stores and the Mobil gas station on your left). Ketcham H.S. is about a mile down the road, on your left at the second light on Myers Corners Road. Turn left at this second light into the High School parking lot and the vendor area is straight ahead in the H.S. building

Hotel accommodations: Hotels/motels are located at the intersection of Route 9 and Interstate 84 – about a 15 minute ride to the Roy C. Ketcham High School (see driving directions from the South)
