CONSTRUCTIVIST CELEBRATION

 www.constructivistconsortium.org

Join colleagues in a day-long celebration of creativity, computing & constructivist learning.

The Constructivist Consortium, in partnership with NYSCATE are bringing the Constructivist Celebration back to New York. This event sells-out quickly each year at NECC. Don't miss your chance right here, in New York!

Dr. Gary Stager kicks off the day off with an inspirational keynote address about the whys and hows of effective project-based learning. Then it's your turn to jump into exciting hands-on projects led by outstanding edtech leaders. Special guests and expert faculty will support you in your project development and collaboration.

Projects may include claymation, digital photography, video game design, animation creation, simulation building and much more.

Participants will receive the day's educational program, a hearty lunch and creativity software from FableVision, Generation YES, Inspiration, LCSI, Tech4Learning and SchoolKit.

The day ends with a time for reflection and discussion.  Bring a charged laptop, a digital camera (optional) and your creativity!
