Prior to Sunday night’s banquet your organization can host a hospitality suite.  We will provide you with a room, seating, signage, advertisement in the conference brochure, and access to the banquet manager.  You provide the refreshments, entertainment (if you desire), ambiance and message. You’re only limited by your imagination and creativity!  *Note: additional charges apply for this service.  See registration form for complete details. 

Exhibitors who have already registered:  Please complete the registration form below again, indicating that you have already registered for a booth, but would like to add the Hospitality Suite option. 

Hospitality Rooms are available on first come, first serve basis.  There are a limited number, so don't delay...register today!

Booth registrations: $750* 

*New for 2009: Reduced booth costs.  NYSCATE is responding to the current fiscal situation by reducing the cost to participate on the exhibit floor.

Payment must be made at time of registration unles other arrangements have been made..

Each booth includes:

• ·    One 8’ pipe & drape backwall
• ·    Two 3’ pipe & drape siderails
• ·    A one-line booth identification sign.
• ·    One skirted table.
• ·    Two chairs and a wastebasket.
• ·    Carpet

*Internet and electric will be available at an extra cost.  Information will be available in show packet, sent to registrants in the Fall of 2009.
