The Bulmer Telecommunications Center (BTC) is an ideal site for meetings and teleconferences. The BTC is a state-of-the-art telecommunications center featuring a 214-seat auditorium, three spacious meeting rooms, and a two-studio video production facility. The building also is wired to accommodate satellite uplinks, downlinks and videoconferencing, as well as Internet-based teleconferencing.

Each meeting room contains stand-alone audio-video capabilities. The three adjacent meeting rooms can be opened up to create one large meeting facility. Audio-visual equipment is included in the rental rate of each room. The main lobby areas outside the meeting rooms are ideal sites for morning and afternoon breaks, as well as stand-up receptions and corporate events.

Computer classrooms also are available for computer training sites for outside groups interested in meeting at Hudson Valley Community College. The college staff assists in the set-up of the software used in these training sessions.
